Toad Hall is in an idyllic setting with views across the fields and woods, has its own private access, spacious gardens, gas barbecue and plenty of parking. Beautiful Grounds
Libbear Barton is straight out of Wind in the Willows. There are 40 acres to explore, including walks and adventures in the Wild Wood, a lake, stream and plenty of birds and wildlife – swallows, bluebells, a tractor making hay – and you may even see a badger. Between times, there’s a great choice of onsite facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, games room and a great playground for the little ones.
Toad Hall Ground Floor
Access
Access to Toad Hall is a few steps from the car park along a cobble path which takes you to the boot room. This has two steps leading to the hall reception room. The main front door also provides access directly into the hall reception room.
A conveniently placed WC on the ground floor with small step and tiled flooring.
Toad Hall ground floor is carpeted in all reception rooms and tiled flooring in all other areas.
First floor is accessed from a carpeted staircase. The ensuite bathroom has four steps leading down from the master bedroom.
One shower room has steps down from the landing.
The dormitory has three steps down from the landing.
The family bathroom is accessed from the landing via four steps.
