Dinghy Use

Rules for Use of Dinghy

  1. All users must wear a provided life jacket.

  2. Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  4. Dinghy use is only permitted during daylight hours and in calm weather conditions.

  5. No standing, jumping, or horseplay in or around the dinghy.

By using the dinghy provided at Libbear Barton, you agree to the following:

  • Use is entirely at your own risk. Libbear Barton Ltd accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from use of the dinghy or pond area.

  • Life jackets must be worn by all users.

  • Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

  • Guests must not use the dinghy in adverse weather, low visibility, or darkness.

  • The dinghy is for recreational use only – no fishing, swimming from the boat, or use as a diving platform.

  • The equipment must be used responsibly and returned in the condition it was found.

  • Any accident, injury, or damage must be reported to Libbear Barton management immediately.

  • Libbear Barton Ltd reserves the right to withdraw use of the dinghy at any time for safety or maintenance reasons.
